So what you’re really trying to say is…
Super Smash Bros. Brawl is as strong a sequel as you can get. Taking all the elements from the previous installments and building on them ten-fold, you’re given an engrossing multiplayer experience that will last you for years to come, and enough single player acheivements and unlockables to help newcomers hone their skills and experienced players flex their muscles and dazzle with their collections. Excellent visuals that make it one of the best looking Wii games out there, and overall lives up to the hype and comes out as the most critically acclaimed game of the series. The single player campaign doesn’t hold the same water as many expected, but is fun nonetheless, and will keep players entertained for 8-10 hours for the full experience. The additional modes will continue to stump and stress out the novices and experts, and add more scores and collectibles to keep besting. The online multiplayer, while far from intuitive or robust, provides players with an online experience akin to having their friends play with them in the same room, something that has been a long-awaited feature. Loading can hamper the experience from the normally smooth play of the Wii system, but not enough to really keep players at bay.
The game is polished, well-design, and there is so much to do. This is a must have for Wii owners, fans of the series, and fans of Nintendo. For those not keen on the series, it is worth playing just to experience, and it may draw a whole new crowd there. Expect to get a lot of play out of this title for years to come.
