The comments system is going to be changed from now on. You must be registered in order to comment. It’ll be easier to keep track of what’s being said, and a lot easier for people to reply back and forth if they have at least some idea of who they are talking to. Your account is not active when you sign up, and none of your comments will appear until you have been approved to comment. For now, this won’t take anymore than a day.

Also, please mind the fact that sometimes the site will break and even occasionally have strange errors. Design tweaks are occurring on a daily basis, so sometimes pages will have broken links and other oddities. Please fire off an email (you can click on the author’s name in the article and then the email link therein) with some details if there is something you think desperately needs fixing.
